yes, i know it's been a while since i posted anything. i've been feeling waaay to blah for waaay too long to believe anything is post worthy.

bad me. i should post regardless because it's cathartic.

sooo ... here's me getting something off my chest: 100 roadtrips: a Saiyuki Drabble Community.

my friend and i started this Saiyuki drabble community here on dreamwidth. it's been up and running since July of this year. however, it seems that the only person who posts on any regular basis is me, making it feels like a vanity project more than a community.

Non-Challenge: An Illicit Relationship in a Sleazy Motel

This takes place after Challenge #217: The One That Got Away .

His head throbbed. His body ached. He sensed a few new scratches on his back. Gojyo got out of bed.

His eyes scanned the room for his clothes and settled on the naked chest sleeping in bed. There was a barbwire tattoo where a scar should be.

Gojyo remembered eyes slightly more blue than green. Sharing a few too many drinks. Slipping out the back. Walking to a motel of questionable repute.

Kissing. Biting. Sucking. Skin on skin friction.

Hard, satisfying release.

Gojyo felt sick.

I broke a promise I never knew how much I wanted to keep until now.

All it took was one kiss, and he was hooked.

Hakkai had used his mouth to give him water for his hands were wounded. Sensing he was awake, Hakkai kissed him.

It was soft and sweet.

The first opportunity he was alone with Hakkai, Sanzo kissed Hakkai.

Hakkai kissed back.

The confirmation was all he needed. Sanzo began finding ways to be alone with Hakkai.

Kisses grew into nibbles, licks, and exploring fingers, slowly working their way below the belt until …

Release. Satiation. Sublime ecstasy.

Their sweat covered bodies entwined. Sanzo falling asleep to the sound of Hakkai’s heartbeat.

“Sanzo, thank you for helping with my shopping,” Hakkai said. “With everyone coming to my home to eat, food vanishes quickly.”

Sanzo replied, “I needed cigarettes; damn tart took my last one.”

“Still, I’m glad I ran into you. It’s nice to have company.”

“Tch.”

“So, did you enjoy the chocolate cake tasting?”

Sanzo ignored Hakkai.

Hakkai shook his head and gave a genuine smile.

“It’s wasn’t that bad, was it?”

Hakkai wiped away a few cake crumbs from around Sanzo’s mouth then licked his finger.

Sanzo’s breathing sped up.

“Care to try some more cake at my place, Sanzo?”

The demon attacks had been non-stopped, but by some miracle, or act of mercy, Sanzo party were able to find a little town to regroup and rest.

Hakkai wondered what reward was promised to stop or kill them as he undressed.

He turned the water on and waited before entering the shower. Cold showers were not Hakkai’s favorite way to relax.

As the water ran down his back, Hakkai thought of the few moments of calm when purple eyes looked only at him.

"In your eyes, the light the heat. In your eyes, I am complete," Hakkai sang to himself.
